Pyramid of Achievement
At Kennedy Charter Public School , we believe that everyone plays a major role in the educational development of a child. We have developed a five-fold rubric to ensure the success of our students. This rubric is structured as follows:

1. Student Effort
2. Teacher Motivation
3. Behavior Support
4. Parent/Guardian Involvement
5. Administrative Support

This rubric is only effective because each step rests on, and is dependant on the other. This rubric is appropriately called the Pyramid of Achievement.

aboutService Delivery
Academic and behavioral goals are clearly defined for each student within a positive learning environment, which enhances student success. Smaller classes and individualized attention provide students with the opportunity to learn in a highly structured setting. Student assistance and guidance counseling services are available.

Instruction
Kennedy Charter Public School adheres to the North Carolina Standard Course of Study (NCSCOS) as a curriculum guide. Hands-on experiential learning methods are used to help facilitate student success at Kennedy Charter Public School . Physical education, computer skills training and elective classes are offered in addition to core subjects/content areas in an effort to provide each student with a comprehensive academic experience.
